This week’s menu

It was 22C this afternoon! T-shirts and sunglasses were strongly present in today’s street fashion look. The catch of the day, collected at the Bastille market, certainly confirmed that summer is only a few steps away:the Bastille market products in MarchMenu suggestions for this week anyone?

I am not sure that I will have something to report 😉 I am lazy when it comes to artichokes and usually buy them in a jar, grilled and with olive oil. They intimidate me too!

I know the feeling! To be very honest (ok, this is VERY embarrassing), this is if I remember correctly my second time ever I buy them fresh…

Today I only had time to cook cabbage with minced beef meat, onions, fennel, garlic and herbs (including mint). It was pretty tasty!

I also made courgettes in the oven with herbs and feta cheese. In fact it is still in the oven.

        Experimenting 🙂

We have a local market nearby… Nice… eh… Korea doesn’t really have “nice” markets as they would else where. However, I can grab some things here and there when the feeling strikes and I wouldn’t give that up for the world.

I will. The weather hasn’t been the nicest lately. But I promise I will snap some here shortly. If you look back to the beginning of my blog, I have a few.

Maybe it is me (my WordPress has been acting up lately) but you know when you go to someone’s blog, there is this blue FOLLOW sign on the top left (and once you decide to follow the person, it becomes FOLLOWING). I checked with some other blogs, and they all seem to have it, but you don’t.

It just puzzled me because I try to limit the number of emails I receive so prefer following ppl either via the Reader or fb..

Indeed, I am glad too! I still prefer the grilled ones in glass jars, but these are very good as a starter. You can feel vitamins entering your body 🙂
